Have you heard of the ‘Magic Bean Cake’ by Sarah Wong? It is one moist, spongy, superb chocolate cake… made from kidney beans! And you wouldn’t even know it. I’ve made this cake (yes even me!) and it is so easy, so delicious and so nutritious! Magic indeed 👍 We topped it with frozen raspberries and it was divine. This fantastic cake is already gluten free but can also be easily modified to cater for those with allergies, perfect for birthday parties so no one misses out on cake!
